Moore Square Winterfaire is December 11th-December 14th, 2025 at Moore Square Park in Downtown Raleigh. All food trucks will set-up for all 4 days, there will not be different food trucks or vendors each day to make load-in and out easier.

More about this event: This is our first ever Moore Square Winterfaire! It will be a 4-day European style holiday market including local vendors, food, decorations and activities! This event is in partnership with Parks and Rec/The City of Raleigh, and other possible partners include Downtown Raleigh Association and Marbles.

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Friday, December 12th, 2025 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Saturday, December 13th, 2025 – 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Sunday, December 14th, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

-$800 Food Truck fee ($200/day) and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market. We will be accepting 8-12 food trucks for this event. 

No refunds or market credits

I understand that there will be no refund or market credit after I have paid the fees. 

 If you have a trailer, you will need to disconnect your truck.

Events are rain or shine. In the event that The MAKRS Society has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, The MAKRS Society will issue a 75% refund.
