The Town of Fort Mill is excited to invite vendors to participate in our annual Fort Mill Fall Festival—a lively community celebration filled with autumn fun, live entertainment, and festive family activities!

This popular event draws thousands of residents and visitors each year for an afternoon of seasonal fun, including interactive attractions, local performances, delicious food, and a wide variety of vendors.

🎉 Festival Highlights Include:

• 🚜 Touch-A-Truck experience with public safety, public works and other vehicles

• 🎶 Live music on the amphitheater stage

• 🎭 Costume Contest for all ages

• 🧪 WOW Factor Science Show

• 🛍️ Vendor Village featuring arts, crafts, local businesses and non-profits

• 🍴 Food trucks & beverage vendors (We are full for Food Vendors!)

• 🎧 Music & bubble fun with Stateline Productions

We’re seeking craft vendors, local artisans, community groups, and businesses that offer handmade goods, seasonal items, creative services, interactive experiences, giveaways, or family-friendly activities.

📋 Vendor Details:

• Space is limited and selected based on variety and alignment with the event

• Vendors must provide their own setup (tent, tables, chairs, etc.)

• We are full for Food Vendors/Trucks

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this festive fall tradition in the heart of Fort Mill!

1. Vendors must be interactive with our attendees. If you are not selling anything, you will need to have a fun game/activity for our attendees to enjoy.
2. All vendors must decorate their space with a Fall theme.
3. There is no fee for approved vendors. 
4. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance and vendor space.
5. Applications are accepted on a space-available basis.
6. Provide clear and accurate description of your products on the application.
7. If you sell unapproved items of any type, you may be asked to leave.
8. The Town cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of crafts or items.
9. All applications must be received by September 5, 2025. A Waitlist will be created; this event gets many applications.
10. You must read all the details communicated with you by the Town, including emails, Fire Safety Guidelines and Event Rules & Guidelines.
11. Load-in will be 12:30PM-2PM. All details will be emailed to you prior to the event. You must be set up and ready for attendees by 2:45PM.
12. I understand the Town of Fort Mill reserves the right to reject any application. I also understand that I am responsible for reading and adhering to the vendor rules and regulations as established by the Town of Fort Mill, as well as any applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. I hereby release Town of Fort Mill, all sponsors, promoters, and event organizers from any and all claims of sickness, injury or damages resulting from my participation in this event. I further understand that there will be no refunds in the event of cancellation by myself or by the Town of Fort Mill. By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Town of Fort Mill. I understand that only items included in this application and approved by the Town of Fort Mill may be sold and/or given away during the event. I also consent to the Town of Fort Mill utilizing my photograph, image, and/or sound in promotional materials, including print, broadcast, and online media.
