Sleigh It Forward: A Caldwell County Fundraising Festival Get ready to "Sleigh It Forward" this holiday season! Join us on Saturday, November 29th, for a spectacular county-wide fundraising festival dedicated to supporting non-profits across Caldwell County. It's a day packed with festive fun for the whole family, all while giving back to our community. What to Expect: Capture the Magic: Get your holiday photos taken with Santa! Festive Entertainment: Enjoy live music performances and heartwarming sets from children's choirs and dance groups. Friendly Competition: Who's ready for a Christmas cookie eating competition? Games: participate in numerous carnival style games run by local non-profits hosting 50/50 raffles! Sweet Treats: Warm up with delicious hot chocolate and free s'mores for kids. Shop Local: Explore unique gifts and crafts from over 40 local vendors. Come celebrate the spirit of giving and help us "Sleigh It Forward" for Caldwell County!

Sleigh it Forward reserves the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Sleigh it Forward, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until October 15th, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before October 15th, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after October 15th, 2025.

Prices

Application fees	$25.00	Non-refundable	There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth	$150.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Electrical Outlet	$20.00	Non-refundable
Cancellation Insurance	$25.00	Non-refundable	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made until October 15th, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before October 15th, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after October 15th, 2025.   If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.
