Craft Vendor Application

Do you make craft goods that would make unique Christmas gifts? We want you!! The Sleigh it Forward Fundraising Festival isn't just about fundraising. It's also about showcasing the talent of our crafters here in Western NC. This festival is Christmas themed so we ask that our vendors keep that in mind and work to offer a plethora of unique gift ideas for our festival patrons. Hand Crafted applications will be considered first for approval. 

Sleigh it Forward reserves the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Sleigh it Forward, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until October 15th, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before October 15th, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after October 15th, 2025.
 
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if Sleigh it Forward initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales. If in the event Sleigh it Forward is cancelled or ended early by emergency services all vendor fees will be transferred to a future event.
