Food Vendor

Do you have a food-centric business? Then we have an event for you. The Sleigh it Forward Christmas Fundraising Festival in Downtown Lenoir is an excellent opportunity for food vendors, hosted by the Caldwell S.E.E.D.S. Food Truck spaces DO NOT have water. Electric outlets are limited but available and food trucks are permitted to use quiet generators. 

Sleigh it Forward reserves the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Sleigh it Forward, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until October 15th, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before October 15th, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after October 15th, 2025.
 
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the Sleigh it Forward Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales. If in the event Sleigh it Forward is cancelled or ended early  by emergency services all vendor fees will be transferred to a future event.
