(Sept 26th ONLY) Food Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at our Live on Main- Fall Edition! We look forward to reviewing your application.

By completing and submitting this application to host a booth, you are electronically agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the application. 

To participate in our city-operated events, all food vendors are required to complete a City Operated food permit application through MyGov with the City of Rowlett Health Department. Vendor Guidelines

We’re so excited to have you join us! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:

• Please plan to arrive and begin setting up no later than 5:00pm.

• Before event day, take a look at the site map so you know your assigned booth space ahead of time.

• Be ready to welcome and interact with participants by 6:45pm.

• If you have any special needs or accommodations, please include them in the “Special Requests” section of your application so we can review them.

• The City of Rowlett will provide a 10’ x 10’ booth space for you.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any necessary power or equipment (such as generators).

• The City of Rowlett is unable to assist with set-up or tear-down, so please plan accordingly.
