About the application
This show will be located in the modern Charles B Wang Center using 3 large galleries with room for 100 vendors. A variety of space sizes are offered 10'x10', 9'x9', 12'x5', and 6'x5'. All spaces are for 2 days. Plenty of free parking. There is a food court in the building.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Event is indoors with all levels access to ramps and elevators for easy loading.
Tables must be covered to the floor and merchandise and displays within the allotted space. The loading area is limited so we ask vendors to quickly unload and park in the lot before setting up.
Event is rain or shine and no refunds or credits.
Venue or promoter not responsible for damages or theft. Please take any valuables out of premises overnight. Displays can be left and covered Saturday evening.
No counterfeits, weapons, drug paraphernalia, profane, political merchandise, non prepackaged foods.
Please bring portable lights as some areas can be dim.
