10 AM TO 9 PM ON HISTORIC 25TH STREET

—Vendors must supply their own power needs, canopy tent, and required weights (40lbs per leg). The sun sets around 7:30 pm in September, so battery or solar powered booth lighting is highly encouraged.
—Advance load-in will be required on the morning of the event, and direct vehicle access on the street is not guaranteed.
—A Special Event Temporary Business License from Ogden City is required for all vendors. The business license fee is collected as part of the registration fee and will be paid to the city on your behalf.

Due to limited space and high demand, not all vendors who apply will be accepted. Please provide a detailed description of your offerings. Product and booth photos are highly recommended.

This community tradition is free to attend and brings a full day of fall harvest themed family-friendly activities, live performances, and local vendors to the heart of downtown Ogden.

Vendors must supply their own power needs, canopy tent, and required weights (40lbs per leg). —Vendors serving prepared or packaged food or drink must follow all Weber-Morgan Health Department requirements.—A Special Event Temporary Business License from Ogden City is required for all vendors. The business license fee is collected as part of the registration fee and will be paid to the city on your behalf.
