Non-Food Vendor Information – Veteran Vendors Only
Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming festival!
Please note: This application is for non-food vendors only. If you're interested in selling or distributing food or beverages, please reach out to us directly for food vendor opportunities and requirements.
Vendor Space Details
Limited spaces are available, so we encourage early registration.
Each vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' space, valid for both Saturday and Sunday.
Pop-up tents are required and must be provided by the vendor. All tents must be properly staked or weighted down due to strong winds on the airfield.
Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own merchandise at all times. While overnight security will be on site, the festival is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If you need to rent a tent or furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.), we’re happy to assist for an additional fee.
Each vendor will receive 4 passes for staff working the booth. If you require more, please coordinate in advance with festival management.
Electricity is not available for vendor booths.
The use of amplified sound systems (radios, PA systems, etc.) is not permitted.
Booths must remain open and staffed throughout the entire festival. Early breakdown may affect future participation eligibility.
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are not permitted in any booth:
Weapons of any kind (including knives, stun guns, etc.)
Sprays, silly string, or graffiti-type foam
Obscene, X-rated, or drug-related merchandise
Drug paraphernalia or any items depicting drug use
Potions or similar items
Beverages (sales or giveaways)

- HB Productions LLC, Bowman Field Foundation and the organizers of BOWMANFEST, hereby disclaims any responsibility or liability for any tort that is perpetuated by exhibitors as signed below. In the event that any claim is made against HB Productions LLC, Bowman Field Foundation and BOWMANFEST as a result of any tort perpetuated by exhibitor for which they are held liable, then the exhibitor hereby agrees to compensate same for any losses sustained therefore. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the general Rules and Regulations as set forth and agree to abide by same. Failure to read the rules and regulations does not absolve exhibitor from the responsibility of compliance to festival rules as set forth by current festival management. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given due to weather. Refunds will only be given if the event is canceled.
