Inspire is teaming up with Favored Events to spotlight local talent from the Piedmont Triad region! We're inviting 15 exceptional artists to exhibit their work in front of a vibrant, eclectic crowd of 1,000+ attendees.

About the event
Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Inspire Art Showcase, each accepted artist agrees to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
Only 15 artists will be selected to participate.
All artists must be based in the Piedmont Triad area.
A $20 non-refundable application fee is required.
Selected artists will be notified via email with setup instructions.
- Artists must be 12 years or older. If under 12 years, an adult must be present at all times.
2. Artwork Sales
Artists are permitted to sell original works, prints, and merchandise during the event.
Artists are responsible for handling their own sales transactions, including collecting payments and applicable sales tax.
No commission will be taken by Inspire or Favored Events. Artists retain 100% of their sales.
3. Display & Setup
Each artist will be provided with a designated space (details shared upon acceptance).
Artists must bring their own display materials (easels, tables, signage, etc.) unless otherwise noted.
Setup and breakdown times must be strictly followed.
4. Liability
Inspire and Favored Events are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of artwork or materials during the event.
Artists are encouraged to monitor their work and consider insurance coverage if necessary.
5. Code of Conduct
Artists are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, fellow artists, and event staff.
Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content or behavior will result in removal from the event with no refund.
6. Cancellations
If an artist cancels participation after being accepted, the application fee will not be refunded.
Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided as soon as possible.
