Trackside Cinema – Oct 3: Mean Girls | Food Vendor Registration

Trackside Cinema is a free, family-friendly movie night under the stars at The Yard in Downtown Temple bringing the community together with blankets, lawn chairs, food trucks, and big-screen fun. Show time begins at dusk.

On October 3rd, we’re celebrating Mean Girls with an all-pink theme, because yes… he asked what day it was 🎀

We’re looking for food vendors who want to join the fun with themed treats, pink drinks, or Regina-approved snacks. Think fetch, fabulous, and totally Instagram-worthy!

Food vendor spaces are limited. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be contacted with confirmation and event-specific details. 

Vendor Requirements:

• Must have a valid food handler’s permit and health inspection certificate.
• Must comply with all City of Temple fire and health safety regulations.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and power needs unless otherwise specified.
• Booths must remain open and operational during the full event timeframe.
• Vendors who fail to show up without prior communication will not be allowed to participate in future events.
