About the application
We’re excited to introduce Trackside Treats a night of safe trick-or-treating along the scenic Santa Fe Trail, followed by a free outdoor movie under the stars at The Yard.
We’re inviting businesses, organizations, and community groups to be part of the fun by hosting a treat booth along the Trick-or-Treat Trail! It’s a great way to connect with families, show off your Halloween spirit, and be part of this festive downtown event.
Event Schedule:
• Set-up: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Trick-or-Treating along the Santa Fe Trail: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Family Halloween Movie at The Yard: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

About the event
Terms & Conditions
All participating booths must provide free, individually wrapped treats to trick-or-treaters. This is a family-focused event, and treat distribution is a key part of the experience.
We are projecting around 2,000 attendees, so please plan accordingly to ensure you’re well-stocked throughout the event.
Booths are required to remain fully operational during Treat Trail hours from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted.
