About the application

Thank you for your interest in applying for a vendor booth space at our upcoming Celebrate Roanoke street festival! Applications for this event will not be accepted after September 28th, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE.

If you wish to register for booth space, please follow all application instructions carefully. All applicants will be notified prior to the application deadline, via email, of acceptance or non-acceptance after receipt of the completed application and required paperwork. Applications will not be considered complete until all necessary materials have been received. Applications will not be accepted after the application deadline.

The following items must be completed and received for the application to be considered complete:

Current photos of the specific products you plan to sell.
Notarized Hold Harmless Agreement (if not previously completed within the last 12 months).
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Any vendor selling or giving away any type of food is required to submit a Health Inspection Temporary Permit Application. Our third party health inspector will determine if your booth requires an inspection. IF DETERMINED THAT YOU DO NEED AN INSPECTION, you will be asked to pay an additional $100 inspection fee. About the event

Celebrate Roanoke is Roanoke’s signature street festival, drawing over 15,000 visitors to our charming Historic Downtown each year. This beloved event pays tribute to the city's early days with an immersive western atmosphere, multiple live music stages, a bustling vendor market with 75+ booths, a rodeo arena, exciting family activities, and a stunning drone light show. This year’s festival will be headlined by Texas country favorite Josh Abbott Band, performing live on the main stage at City Hall—making 2025’s Celebrate Roanoke our biggest yet!

Application fees	$5.00		The application fee will be credited toward your booth space, if approved to participate in this event.
Vendor Fee \| 10X10 Booth Space	$195.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Vendor Fee \| 10X20 Booth Space	$295.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Premium Location	$25.00	Non-refundable	Premium vendor booths are located South of Bowie Street in closer proximity to the Main Stage at Roanoke City Hall Plaza. Selection does not guarantee premium spaces are available.
Power (standard 110v only )	$50.00	Non-refundable	If electricity is provided at an event, vendors will receive one standard 110v outlet (if available). Vendors are responsible for providing their own power for anything requiring 220v or higher power draws (20-amp and up).
Rental \| 10X10 Tent, Table & Chairs	$100.00	Non-refundable	Rental includes one 10X10 tent, one 8 ft table, and two chairs.
Rental \| 10X20 Tent, Table & Chairs	$200.00	Non-refundable	Rental includes one 10X20 tent, one 8 ft table, and two chairs.

By submitting a vendor application, the applicant fully waives any claims, damages, suits, or legal actions against the City of Roanoke, its officials, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers. This waiver applies to any matters related to the processing of the application or the applicant’s participation (or nonparticipation) in the event. Furthermore, the applicant agrees not to pursue legal action against Roanoke and its representatives, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
