About the application
Crabapple Fest is the City of Milton Georgia's signature art & antiques festival held the first Saturday of October in the heart of downtown. This free is event takes place from 10am to 5pm.

Important Highlights
- Application Deadline: July 10, 2026
- Event Date & Time: Saturday, October 3, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Crabapple Road, Milton, GA
- Estimated Attendance: 20,000–30,000 attendees
Application & Selection
- Applications are reviewed through a jury process and are not first-come, first-served
- Due to limited space, not all applicants will be selected. A limited number of nonprofit booths are available. Priority will be given to Milton-based nonprofits.
- Vendors are chosen based on quality, uniqueness, and overall fit with the event
- Similar products may be limited within each category
Fees & Payment
- Application fees are waived for nonprofit applications.
- If accepted, booth fees will be automatically charged on August 1, 2026
- Booth fees are non-refundable
Booth & Event Expectations
- All tents are provided by the City of Milton (personal tents are not permitted)
- Vendors are responsible for providing all other booth elements, including tables, chairs, side walls, and any décor or display materials
- Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event
- Early breakdown is not permitted
- Booth placement is determined by the event team. Requests for changes will only be considered if necessary for the basic operation of your booth (such as power, water, or similar needs)
Weather & Conditions
- The event is rain or shine unless canceled by the City due to dangerous weather conditions
- Vendors are responsible for preparing for weather conditions
- No refunds will be issued due to weather
Required Documentation
- All nonprofits are required to submit a valid copy of their 501(c)3
