Food/Snack/Drink Vendor

We're looking for food vendors who can serve high-quality, crowd-pleasing snacks or treats. Due to our non-compete policy, we are not accepting vendors who provide full meals such as burgers, tacos, personal pizza, bbq, etc. Acceptable food items include funnel cakes, shaved ice, fried oreos, popcorn, boiled peanuts, etc.

Please note: there is no power or water provided. You must bring your own generator and self-contained water supply if needed.

By submitting an application to the Holiday Market at The Mill on Etowah, you (the Vendor) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions if accepted to participate:

• The Holiday Market will take place on November 28-29, 2025 at The Mill on Etowah in Canton, GA.

• Vendors are required to participate and remain fully operational on both days of the event. Early departure or failure to show up may result in disqualification from future events.

• Booth fees are as follows:

  • 10x10 Retail Vendor: $200

  • 20x10 Retail Vendor: $400

  • Food Vendor (standard): $475

  • Food Vendor (with trailer, truck, or double space): $600

• Payment is due upon acceptance of your application. Applications will not be considered final until payment has been processed.

• The application fee is non-refundable, even in the case of a vendor cancellation or no-show.

• Vendors who cancel on or before November 1, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of the booth fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date or for no-shows.

• Booth spaces will be assigned by the Event Committee. While requests will be considered, placement is not guaranteed.

• Booths must remain within designated 10x10 or 20x10 dimensions and must be fully set up by 10:30 AM each day.

• All vehicles must be removed from the setup area by 10:00 AM and relocated to designated vendor parking.

• The Mill provides tents for all retail vendors, but vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, and other setup equipment.

• Food vendors must provide their own fully self-contained setup and must bring a generator if electricity is needed.

• Vendor vehicles, trailers, and trucks must be parked only in designated vendor parking areas.

• A shuttle will be provided to transport vendors from the parking lot to the festival grounds.

• No vehicles are allowed to park along curbs or inside the festival footprint during event hours—no exceptions.

• This is a juried, family-friendly event. Only items listed on your application and approved by the Event Committee may be sold.

• All vendors must sell cash-and-carry products. No promotional-only or lead-generation booths are allowed unless attending as a paid sponsor.

• The Event Committee reserves the right to remove any product or display that does not align with the standards of the event.

• Vendors must maintain professional behavior at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future markets.

• This event is rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for preparing for all weather conditions.

• No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

• Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their goods, equipment, and displays.

• Food vendors must carry general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage upon acceptance.

• The Mill on Etowah, event organizers, sponsors, and staff are not liable for any damage, theft, loss, or injury during the event.

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in full. Failure to adhere to any of the above may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.
