We'd love to have you as a vendor for Kait Makes's second annual rodeo themed vendor event, Rhinestone Cowgirl! You may have participated or attended last year at Chattanooga Choo Choo or A Galentine's Social at the Signal earlier this year, each bringing in well over 1,200 shoppers, record sales for vendors including many vendors selling out before the end of the day! 

NEW THIS YEAR:

🆕 White Duck Taco! We are so excited to partner with the brand new White Duck Taco Shop on McCallie Ave with a gorgeous indoor/outdoor space, awesome food and drinks and amazing staff. If you haven't been yet, we're excited to show you how great it is

🆕 Vintage Outpost: a thoughtfully curated area of the event for all our amazing vintage sellers, complete with onsite outdoor changing tents and mirrors for your customers

🆕 Kelsey Graham (Shop Sugar Daddy) and I have saddled up and are working together this year to put on this event. Kelsey will be helping with planning, marketing, and vendor coordination so you'll see them around!

What to expect as a vendor:

✨​ giveaways, drink specials & DJ/music to keep folks engaged & shopping

✨​ ​professional photography coverage w/gallery access post-event

While we'd love to accept every vendor who applies, there are limited spots available for this event and most KM events see 100+ applications. Make your application stand out by mentioning any western/rodeo themed items you're making or planning to make and let us know what makes you a great fit for Rhinestone Cowgirl!

VENDORS ANNOUNCED THE WEEK OF AUG 11

NOTE FOR APPLICANTS: You may apply for multiple vendor spots at once, you will only be selected for one space and your card will only be charged for the accepted space. Selecting multiple options can increase the likelihood of your acceptance (i.e. selecting both an indoor 8x8 space and outdoor 10x10...if all indoor spaces are taken you may be selected for an outdoor space instead. You will not be charged for both.)

• Preference is given to makers & creators, experiential vendors, vintage vendors, and minority owned businesses, MLMs of any kind are not allowed
• Food trucks and food-centric vendors will not be considered for this event due to White Duck's onsite food & beverage program.
• This event is an indoor/outdoor event and will take place rain or shine (if there is serious weather projected, event will be moved to Sunday, September 14th). The vendor fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to future events hosted by Kait Makes if there are unsafe weather conditions, partial or full refunds may be considered at the organizer's discretion.
• Vendors are not allowed to sell or give spots to others or invite other vendors to share/sell within their booth without prior approval
• Vendors must set up and sell what was described in their application or risk being turned away without a refund day-of
• Vendor setup will begin at 10am, all vendors must be completely set up by 11:45am and must have all vehicles moved to designated spots before 12pm.
• Teardown will begin promptly at 6pm and all vendors must be completely packed out by 7:30pm 
• Each vendor is responsible for keeping inside their designated vendor space and cleaning up after themselves, including tape & trash that is on the floor in and around their area
• Tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, linens, etc are not provided by the venue or the organizer. 
• Each vendor is required to have active business licenses for the city of Chattanooga and Hamilton County and is required to keep track and pay sales tax from sales at this event, if relevant to your individual business situation.
