| End-Cap Booth - (4 Tables) - Preferred Section | $450.00 | Non-refundable | This purchase is for a full "End-Cap Booth" for NerdVana Expo on November 16th. Four (4) 8ft Tables at the front of the Venue. 16ft across and 11 ft deep. Plenty of space for displays if needed. No wall behind you with this selection. These are strategically placed within the main aisle of the entrance and is clearly visible as soon guest arrive. There are only 1 of 2 of these sections available. This purchase is non-refundable. |
| Three (3) Table Section/Island - Preferred Section + Wall Space | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | This purchase is for a Three (3) Table Section for NerdVana Expo on November 16th. (3) 8ft Tables are placed in the very front of the venue where guest are walking in at. Placed like 1/2 of a rectangle against the wall. This selection comes with a lot of space plus a wall behind you. We do allow you to move the tables as long as there is room and it doesn't prohibit guest walking past or the ability to see the next vendor's items beside you. There are only 4 of these available. This purchase is non-refundable. |

There is no wall behind due to it being in the middle of the room. If you would prefer a wall behind you, please select the other options if available. This purchase is non-refundable. |
