Twenty two blocks of Central Avenue between MLK and 31st Street will be filled with costumes, candy, entertainment, and vendors.

You will need to provide your own electricity and tent supplies.

** You are applying for a space in the Grand Central District location between 20th St and 28th St. If you wish to be in the FrankenPride or Voodoo Village you must apply on their individual websites.

About the event

Join us for the largest street festival in St Petersburg FL, Halloween on Central. Twenty two blocks of Central Avenue between MLK and 31st Street will be filled with costumes, candy, entertainment, and vendors.

Terms & Conditions:

A 50% refund will be given with a written notice request received by September 15th, 2025. No refunds will be given for any request received on or after October 1st, 2025. Failure to show up for event will not receive a refund. Performance based refunds will not be given.

You must provide your own insurances and certificates to vend at this event.

No Electricity, tent supplies, or festival materials will be provided by Grand Central District. Rain or shine event unless in the event of a natural disaster.

Kid Entrepreneur	$50.00	10 ft x10 ft space for Kid Entrepreneurs located in the Family Zone.2800 & 2900 Central Ave.
Artist/Maker/non profit	$200.00	10 ft x 10 ft space for Independent Artists who sell their own material (DOES NOT resell or re-purpose third party or mass-produced items and DOES NOT have a storefront) non profit with 501c3
Small Businesses	$275.00	10 ft x 10 ft space for a For-Profit Business or Government Agency with 49 or fewer employees
Food Vendor	$350.00	10ft x 30ft space for Food Truck or Food Trailers who are preparing and selling food
Corporate Company	$550.00	10 ft x 10 ft space for a For-Profit Business or Government Agency with with 50 or more employees
