It's baaaaack! QTPOC Da Block is a free, all-ages block party centering chosen family and joy, hosted by the BIPOC Pride Committee of the Grand Rapids Pride Center. This annual function takes place on August 30th, 2025 from 2PM to 8PM at 343 Atlas Ave SE and the block of Atlas Ave. There will be vendors, food, games, performances, and resources throughout the day - so bring a loved one and come party! We can't wait to share a few hours of love and unity with you. QTPOC Da Block is open-house style, so drop by any time during the day! Please note that QTPOC Da Block is a closed event for 2-SLGBTQ+ people of color, meaning we ask that our allies in the community find other ways to support to allow QTPOC (queer and trans people of color) to intentionally hold space with one another. You can support this event by volunteering for setup and takedown, gifting items and resources, donating directly to the Pride Center, or sponsoring through a business or organization.
