Join us for a night of whimsy at the lovely Pontoon Brewing to showcase artworks that highlight the beach, tropics, ocean, or nautical themes!

Submission fee is $5 per artist (not artwork), and if accepted, artists will be charged $5 per piece accepted to the show

Unfortunately with the limited space we have at the venue, not every work submitted will be approved for display.

Terms & Conditions

All works must be original works either on canvas or Framed
All works must be submitted by the person who created the work (absolutely NO submissions by AI or taken from another artist)
Work must arrive to drop-off framed and ready to hang (Look up Hanging Wire on Picture Frame)
Works must be loosely adherent to the theme to be considered
Sudnat Studios and Pontoon Brewing are not responsible for the safety of works between the opening and closing receptions. If you would like to insure your art we recommend-> https://www.actinsurance.com/
All potential works must be submitted for review before August 29th @ 11 PM

Prices

Submission Fee	$5.00	Non-refundable	Each Artist will be charged $5 as a Curation Fee. Curation Fees are NON- REFUNDABLE and do not go towards your individual artwork acceptance fees. Each piece accepted is an additional hanging fee example: $5 (for the submission) + $10 (artist submitted 3 works but only 2 were accepted) = $15 plus taxes and fees
$5 Per Artwork Accepted to the show (We will manually change the quantity)	$5.00	Non-refundable	This is the hanging fee to fund the printout of ID tags, advertising, and our time! We try to keep our fees affordable for small businesses and beginning artists.

I understand that in the case that my work is accepted, I am responsible for the delivery of the work to the host location with the artwork ready-to-hang (All works must be hand delivered at a specified date and time that will be disclosed upon acceptance)
I understand that I will be charged a $5 hanging fee per piece accepted to the exhibit
I promise that all works submitted were created by myself and are not plaigarised or created using AI
I understand that in the case that my work is accepted, I am responsible for the pick-up of the artwork during or after the closing night of the exhibition
