LAGO FEST is known for its beautiful park setting, spacious booth layouts, helpful staff, and easy load in/out at booths. The festival is free, for all ages, and features the artist market, curated food trucks, family entertainment & games, and a lineup of award-winning bands. LAGO FEST ARTS is for professional, visual artists/makers who both design and handcraft their own works of art. Mass produced products, artwork made from kits, or other products purchased elsewhere and sold through you (buy/sell/franchisee) ARE NOT accepted. We love all types of qualityoriginal fine art and craft. LAGO FEST ARTS - JURYING AND EXHIBITING TIPS The quality of your images makes a big difference in your final jury score. Take photos on solid colored backgrounds unless you already have nice "lifestyle" shots. BOOTH SHOTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN THE JURY PROCESS! Read the artist prospectus carefully!Make sure you have a booth shot that is representative of what you will have at the show. If your artwork looks good but your display does not, this can greatly affect your chances of being accepted into the show. If you don't already have a photo, spend a day setting up your booth in your driveway and snap away. It's good to do this every year or so anyway to keep your display fresh and easy to set up for the next show.  If you are a 2D artist, it is recommended that you show just your artwork with no frames. Displays at the show must also be presented in the most professional manner possible.PLEASE review all instructions and tips in the ARTIST PROSPECTUS.By submitting a LAGO FEST ARTS artist exhibitor application, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations as outlined in the Lago Fest artist prospectus and COVID19 Waiver.Applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to artwork and booth display rules and regulations will not be accepted.Regular deadline to apply is April 11th. Notifications of acceptance status will be sent out no later than April 12th.This is an electronic agreement and by submitting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Lago Fest and the City of Lago Vista invites visual artists to apply for jury consideration for the 2022 Lago Fest Arts, subject to the terms and conditions above and in the prospectus. By submitting an application, the artist warrants acceptance of these terms and conditions, and willingness to abide by the policies. The artist will be solely responsible for any injuries to any person and all damages to or loss of property which results or arises out of artist’s use of the facilities or grounds and agrees to hold harmless the Lago Fest, City of Lago By submitting a LAGO FEST ARTS artist exhibitor application, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations as outlined in the Lago Fest artist prospectus and COVID19 Waiver.Applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to artwork and booth display rules and regulations will not be accepted.Deadline to apply is April 11th.
