This event is for business PROMOTIONS. You will be handing out candy/advertising your business. While sales are permitted, this is better suited for service based businesses and those wanting to just get their name out in front of thousands of local families! Please join us for our 6th annual Halloween Hoedown!!! Small businesses will decorate and set up a themed booth to hand out candy to kids/attendees. You may promote your business with whatever signage or promotional materials you like! It is suggested for businesses to provide a little game or activity for kids to get the candy. Candy is not provided, you must bring your own! This event attracts approximately 2-3k total guests. Event set up will be a few hours before event begins.

About the event

Calling all ghosts and ghouls, mummies, (and daddies too)!! Gather all your goblins and join us for a HALLOWEEN HOEDOWN at The Ranch!! This family friendly, not too spooky event is brought to you by Tulsa Accident Care Center!! We will have Max Entertainment DJ LIVE in the house spinning the best dance tunes and Halloween jams all night long!! Several food trucks will be cooking up some tasty food for purchase! Tribe Circus Arts will be performing all night long! We will also have a (Not) Haunted Hayride**, petting zoo, barrel train rides, photo booth, small business sponsored “Stall Crawl” with games and candy, and more!! All ages! All children must be accompanied by an adult, and all adults must have children to attend!! This is a FAMILY event. Please no gorey, obscene, or too scary costumes!! The hayride will be DARK after sundown, but there will be no extra scares or surprises

Costume Contest SPONSOR	$600.00	Non-refundable	Set up your booth inside the main arena space for maximum exposure, plus get a couple minutes on the microphone before our costume contest to shout out your business! Dedicated ad ran on our socials for your business. Banner (provided by you) hung at entry. 10 free passes to the event!
Hayride SPONSOR	$400.00	Non-refundable	Booth placing inside the stall or arena for maximum exposure. Dedicated ad ran on our socials for your business. Banner (provided by you) hung on hayride trailer. 8 free passes to the event!
Stall space	$35.00	Non-refundable	A 12x12 stall space. You can decorate the walls and hang banners. Electricity includes! Families will visit you for candy!
10x10 outside	$25.00	Non-refundable	Outdoor booth space. Approx 10x10. You will provide your own canopy and decorate however you please! Electricity NOT provided.
Food truck	$175.00	Non-refundable	Food truck space, electricity included.
