Food Truck Tuesday Entertainment-Musicians

This application is for musical performances on the band shell and could include bands, solo artist, etc. This is for Food Truck Tuesdays in Lilburn City Park the second Tuesday of each month June - October 5pm - 9pm.  We will select 1 artist/group per event and you can expect to play 6-8:30pm.  

• If you are selected to perform you will be notified with an approval email through Eventeny.  The email will be sent to the email address that you put on your application.
• Entertainers will be paid with a check the night of the event.  The pay is $300.00 per performance.
• You must upload your W9 on the application.
• Please provide your own sound/equipment.  
• Be ready to play by 6:00pm.
• Event ends at 9:00pm.  You can stop playing at 8:30pm or decide to play until 9:00 pm.
