K9 Carnival 2025 Happy Tails Chase Place
About the application
Festivals of Cedarburg is looking for the following vendors to participate in the 2025 K9 Carnival on Saturday, July 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Artisan Vendors: Hand-crafted items such as collars, leashes, or pet-related food products
- Marketplace Vendors: Resellers of pet products
- Service Providers: Rescue organizations, Veterinary clinics, Groomers, Trainers, Walkers, Waste collection, etc.
This event offers an opportunity for vendors to showcase goods and services for our canine companions. We have limited booth space. Applications will be accepted based on date of submission, number of similar vendors, and overall compatibility for the K9 Carnival.
We also welcome Sponsorship Inquiries. If interested, please email Executive Director, Patrick Curran, at director@cedarburgfestivals.org.
In an effort to streamline our vendor management and event mapping, we are now using Eventeny. Please make an Eventeny account in order to apply, and then going forward your information will be securely saved.
The fee for this application is $10 and it is non-refundable.
Booth Types
10'x10' booths will be contracted to accepted vendors for $75 each ($100 for Service Providers). All booths are located in the Cedarburg Community Center's Parking Lot and City Hall Lawn.
Important Dates
May 1: Application Deadline
May 15: Notifications of Acceptance/Denial sent.
June 1: If accepted, your credit card will be automatically charged for your booth space.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
All vendors are subject to a JURY PROCESS FOR ACCEPTANCE. The Festival reserves the right to reject any products we feel are not appropriate for the integrity of the Festivals. The sale of weapons, alcohol, or tobacco is prohibited.
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A Certificate of Liability insurance - The insurance upload is not required until you are accepted. Once accepted, please login and add your COI.
- Vendors must have a Wisconsin Sales and Use Permit and will be required with this application.
- A valid credit card or debit card must be entered for the booth fee to be charged on June 1 and the compliance fee if applicable after the festival.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
