Tent Vendors

Please Note: This category is not for food trucks entering the competition.

It is for vendors who are not participating in the food competition but wish to sell goods or products at the event.

Requirements:

• Tents must not exceed 10x10 feet in size.

• If electricity is needed, please bring your own generator.

• Come fully prepared with any supplies or equipment you may require.

• Trash disposal will be available on-site.

1. Cleanliness & Site Maintenance

   • Vendors must keep their area clean and organized throughout the event.

   • At the end of the event, please leave your space exactly as you found it.

   • All trash and materials must be properly disposed of in on-site bins or taken with you.

    

2. Setup & Breakdown

   • Vendors must arrive on time for setup to ensure the event opens smoothly and on schedule. All vendors are expected to be fully ready to operate by the designated start time. Late arrivals may disrupt the event flow and may not be permitted to set up.

   • Vendors are responsible for their own setup and takedown within the times provided by the event organizers.

   • All equipment and products must remain within the assigned 10x10 space.

    

3. Equipment & Utilities

   • If electricity is needed, vendors must bring their own generator.

   • Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies, tables, chairs, and displays.

    

4. Product Restrictions

   • Vendors are not permitted to sell tacos, as there will be a taco competition happening during the event.

   • Please ensure that your products do not conflict with this competition.

    

5. Compliance

   • Vendors must follow all event rules and guidelines. Failure to comply, including not cleaning up after the event, may result in being barred from participating in future events.

    

6. Liability

   • The event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors participate at their own risk.
