Business Vendors- Monsters and Movie on Main

This application is for businesses or non profit group vendors wanting to market their local business/organization to the Lilburn community.  No merchandise sales or political booths.

Welcome to Monsters and Movie on Main!  Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Saturday October 25th 6:00 - 9:00 pm in Old Town Lilburn and Lilburn City Park.

The event starts with Trick or Treating on Main Street into Lilburn City Park. 

• Business Vendors should set up with fun activity and pass out candy.
• Vendors are encouraged to have an interactive activity for the trick-or-treaters, though not required.
• Vendors are also strongly encouraged to decorate their space but not too scary!
• Awards will be given  for 1) Most Original  2) Creepiest  3) People's Choice. To the vendors with best set up.
• A Monster Mash Fashion Show/Costume Contest will take place at the bandshell.
• The event will conclude with a free movie on the giant inflatable screen.
• If you are accepted to be a vendor at this event detailed instructions will be emailed to you about 7 days prior to the event date. 
• If the event is cancelled by the city all vendor fees will be refunded. 

Vendor rules:

• Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
• Vendors must supply thier own tent, table, chairs, etc.
• No electricity available.
• Battery powered lights can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot if needed.
• The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason, if deemed necessary.
•  All events are outside.  If we have to cancel vendors will be notified by noon the day of the event.
• No merchandise sales.
• No political organizations.

All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By completing this application and electronically signing, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
