Vendor Application

Welcome to the Butts, Spuds and Brews Festival! A community wide event to benefit the restoration of the historic Barnwell Community Center. There will be delicious food and live music by the Zachary Thomas Diedrich Band which headlines on the Flora Bama stage. 

Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. You can book a 10x10 ft or 10x20 booth. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting to participate you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given. Obligations of the attendee are to make payment by deadline, submit logos and branding materials. Attendee must abide by applicable state laws. Grant the organizer a limited non-exclusive license to use sponsors logos, trademarks or other event related materials for event. Refunds will not be given. Sponsor will not hold Barnwell Community Organization, Jubilee Events, Pirate's Pickles or Wild Magnolia Kombucha liable for any unforeseen circumstances or actions by any attendee behavior. Please protect any of our private or sensitive information as we will yours. This form and its terms constitute the full agreement superseding any prior discussions. Any changes to this agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. Attendee may not transfer rights or obligations without the other parties consent.
