Food Vendor Information
We’re looking for delicious, crowd-pleasing food vendors to join us at the Klickitat County Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in downtown Goldendale, WA!
Food vendors will serve a key role in creating a festive, family-friendly atmosphere by offering tasty eats, drinks, and seasonal treats.
Each food vendor space includes:
A 20x10 booth space
Placement near high-traffic festival zones
- MUST LIST ITEMS you will be selling; you will not be able to sell outside of the items that are listed.
Vendors must:
Be fully licensed and follow all health department and fire safety regulations
Provide their own tent, equipment, signage, and food service setup
Be prepared for all weather — this is a rain-or-shine event
Supply proof of insurance and required food permits / food handlers cards.
We encourage a variety of food options — from warm meals and street food to sweet treats and beverages. Local food trucks, mobile kitchens, and pop-up booths are welcome to apply!
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Klickitat County Harvest Festival – October 18, 2025

By participating as a food vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Payment
All vendors must submit a completed application and full payment by the deadline provided.
Spaces are not reserved until payment is received and confirmation is issued.
2. Licensing & Permits
Vendors must provide proof of a valid food handler’s license prior to event.
All vendors must comply with Klickitat County Health Department regulations.
A copy of your food permit must be submitted prior to the event.
All applicable fire codes (especially for open flames, grills, and fryers) must be followed.
3. Insurance
Vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance.
Klickitat County Harvest Festival, its organizers, and the City of Goldendale must be listed as Additional Insured on the policy.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Setup begins no earlier than 8:00 AM on event day (October 18).
Vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM and ready to serve by 11:00 AM.
Vehicles must be moved from the event area immediately after unloading unless otherwise instructed.
Teardown may not begin until after the event ends unless otherwise directed.
5. Booth Operation
All booths must be staffed at all times during the event hours.
Vendors must supply their own tables, tents, extension cords, and signage.
You are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly booth.
6. Waste & Cleanup
Grease and gray water must be disposed of in accordance with health and environmental regulations.
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated event dumpsters.
Do not pour any liquids down street drains.
7. Power & Utilities
Limited electricity may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
You must indicate power needs in your application—no unauthorized use of outlets is permitted.
Vendors using generators must use quiet, low-emission models.
8. Sales & Menu
Only food and drink items approved in your application may be sold.
9. Conduct
Vendors must treat all event staff, volunteers, and guests with respect.
Loud music, offensive behavior, or non-family-friendly content is not allowed.
No smoking, or drug use is permitted at booths.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 1, 2025, for a refund (minus a processing fee).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date or for no-shows.
Prices
| 10x10 Booth | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Each single booth space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, display materials, and any needed supplies. Pop-up tents are strongly recommended. This is a rain-or-shine event, so please plan and prepare for potential weather conditions. Tents must be properly weighted or secured to prevent tipping or blowing over. |
