Chinese-manufactured Native American paraphernalia is not permitted.
All vendors must comply with the Native American Arts and Crafts Act.
Management reserves the right to deny or remove any exhibit not meeting standards.
Vendors must bring sufficient stock for all four days. If inventory runs low, notify the festival organizer immediately.
All merchandise and displays must be in good taste—no racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, or religious prejudice, and no obscene items.
"Taking orders only" for items is not permitted, though you may take custom/special orders and gather contacts for mailing lists.
Booth Space
Booths are located on natural terrain; some areas have trees and uneven ground.
Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, table coverings, chairs, extension cords, and other equipment.
All displays and activity must stay within your assigned booth space.
Booth setup must not obstruct walkways—no overhanging tents, signs, or canopies.
Vendors must operate during all posted hours—no late openings or early closures.
Additional Festival Rules
Electricity is limited. If needed, indicate this on your application—power access will affect booth placement.
Gas-powered generators are strictly prohibited.
The park’s Safety Director will enforce all power-related policies.
Overnight security is provided; however, Stone Mountain Park is not responsible for loss or damage to vendor property.
Vendors are responsible for their own liability and insurance coverage.
We strongly recommend bringing at least one assistant for the duration of the event.
Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area during event hours.
Adjacent vendor parking will be available.
Coolers are allowed before opening each day; no glass containers permitted.
Pets are not allowed in the festival area during event hours—no exceptions.
Sales Tax
Vendors must collect Georgia state and county sales tax at 8% on all sales.
You are responsible for reporting and submitting sales tax to the Georgia Department of Revenue, Compliance Division.
Sales tax forms will be included in your Vendor Check-In Packet.
