About the application
Welcome to the 1st Annual Southern Roots Craft Fair held at the Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway! We are so excited that you have chosen to be a part of this Fabulous Event!! There will be a $10 admission fee for all guest to the Fair; all proceeds go to the Speedway Children's Chairty. Please browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

2025 Southern Roots Craft Fair
Application Deadline:
All Applications must be submitted by October 15, 2025.
Fees and Refunds: Vendor fees are non-refundable.
Submission Method: All 2025 Vendor applications must be completed online via by the link listed below.
Acceptance to Event
Selection and Notification: The Southern Roots Craft Fair committee will review all applications and notify vendors of their acceptance no later than November 1, 2025.
Criteria: Decisions will be based on the desired mix number, and variety of vendors, as well as site and utility limitations.
Payment Processing: Payment is required at the time of application; however, your card will only be charged upon acceptance.
Approval Requirement: Only those who submit all required documents and receive official approval from the Committee may display and see at the festival.
Liability Waiver: The Vendor is soley responsble for any theft, loss, or damage to their booth, equipment, or products at the Southern Roots Craft Fair, The North Wilkesboro Speedway, and Southern Roots Craft Fair accept no liability for such incidents. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the North Wilkesboro Speedway, and Southern Roots Craft Fair and their representatives from any related claims or costs, including for damage caused by the Vendor to City or business property.

Each paid $10 admission includes a $5 coupon that attendees may redeem at any vendor booth, provided their total purchase at that booth is $20 or more.
