💵 Vendor Fees:

• 10x10 Standard Booth - $55

• 10x10 Corner Booth - $75

• VIP 10x10 Booth (prime spot + VIP parking) - $100 

• Food Truck/Cart/Trailer - $100

• Wreaths / Floral

If you apply and are in one of the above categories, you will be placed on the waiting list and contacted should a booth become available. 

Application Process

• Application must be filled out completely.

• Photos must accompany the application to be reviewed.

• If approved, payment will be process at that time. 

•  If Payment declined you will have 24 hours of acceptance to make payment or spot will be released and application will be denied.

Important Policies

• No refunds or date switching for any reason.

• Applying is NOT a guarantee of acceptance — we are limited to 150 vendors and 10 food trucks.

• Only 1 vendor per MLM company allowed.

• No booth sharing — one business per space.

• Only approved items will be allowed to in your booth. If you display any items other than what was approved you will be asked to leave with refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Other Rules

• Family-friendly event: No alcohol, foul language, or weapons.

• No pets allowed. (Service animals are allowed)

• No power or Wi-Fi provided.

• You must bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and coverings.

• All trash must be cleaned from your space before leaving.
