10x10 Standard Booth: $55
10x10 Corner Booth: $75
VIP 10x10 Booth (prime location): $100
Food Truck / Cart / Trailer: $100 (Watilist Only)
Important: Vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.

Application & Payment Process
Complete Application: All fields must be filled out completely.
Photo Submission: At least one clear photo of your products or setup is required for review.
Approval & Payment:
If approved, your payment will be processed immediately.
If payment fails, you will have 24 hours from notification to provide a valid payment method.
Failure to provide payment within this time frame will result in automatic forfeiture of your space and denial of your application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Booths are limited and confirmed on a first-paid, first-secured basis.

Parking Lot Takeover — Fall Festival 2025Vendor Policies & Restrictions
(Legally Binding Agreement — Please Read Carefully)
1. Payments & Refunds
No Refunds / No Date Transfers — All vendor and food truck payments are final.
Payments cannot be applied to future events under any circumstances.
2. Space & Capacity
Space Limits: Limited to 150 vendor booths and 5 food trucks.
One Vendor Per MLM Company: Absolutely no exceptions.
No Booth Sharing: One business per booth only.
No Booth Resale / Transfer: Booths cannot be sold, swapped, or transferred to another party.
⚠ Unauthorized transfers or resales will result in immediate forfeiture of your booth and a ban from all future events.
If you cannot attend, you must notify the event host immediately. The host reserves the right to reassign your booth to a vendor on the official waitlist.
3. Approved Merchandise & Displays
Vendors may only display or sell items approved during the application process.
Unauthorized items must be removed immediately upon request.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
4. Family-Friendly Standards
This is a family-oriented event. The following are strictly prohibited:
Alcohol, vaping, illegal substances, or weapons
Foul, offensive, or discriminatory language
Pets (service animals exempt per ADA guidelines)
Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Tents, Equipment & Safety Requirements
To ensure a safe and secure environment, vendors must comply with the following:
Tent Requirements
No angled-leg tents permitted — only straight-leg tents are allowed.
Mandatory Tent Weights: Vendors must secure all four tent legs with weights of at least 25 lbs per leg.
Wind & Weather Liability
Parking Lot Takeover, Magnolia Town Center, Sanctuary Life Church, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage to tents, merchandise, or equipment due to wind or other weather-related events.
Vendors assume full responsibility for securing their property and equipment.
6. Utilities & Equipment
Electricity & Wi-Fi: Not provided.
Vendor Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing tents, tables, chairs, displays, coverings, and other setup materials.
Clean-Up: Vendors must remove all trash and belongings before leaving.
Failure to clean your space may result in additional clean-up fees and possible restrictions from future events.
7. Early Teardown Policy (Legally Enforceable)
Vendors are required to remain fully set up and operational until 4:00 PM, the official end time.
Early Teardown Fee: Any vendor who begins dismantling their booth before 4:00 PM will be automatically charged $250.
Billing Authorization: By submitting your application and payment, you authorize Parking Lot Takeover to charge the card on file for this fee if you violate this policy.
Future Event Eligibility: Vendors who incur this fee will be ineligible for all future events until the balance is paid in full.
Rationale: Early teardown disrupts the event flow, reduces shopper turnout, and harms all participating vendors.
8. Vendor Liability & Indemnification Waiver
By participating in Fall Festival 2025, you (“Participant”) agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
Participant assumes full responsibility for any injury, property damage, theft, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Parking Lot Takeover, Magnolia Town Center, Sanctuary Life Church, and all affiliates assume no responsibility for vendor property, merchandise, or personal items — including damages caused by wind or weather.
Release of Liability
Participant releases, waives, and forever discharges Parking Lot Takeover, its organizers, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue owners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from:
Injuries
Property damage
Theft, fire, accidents, or wind/weather-related damage
Acts of God (e.g., storms, natural disasters)
Indemnification
Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parking Lot Takeover, Magnolia Town Center, Sanctuary Life Church, and all affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or attorney’s fees arising from:
Participant’s products, actions, or equipment
Injuries sustained in or around Participant’s booth
Any violation of this agreement or applicable laws/regulations
9. Insurance
Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry general liability insurance.
Proof of insurance may be requested but is not required for participation.
10. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By submitting your application and payment, you:
Acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to all event rules and policies.
Understand that violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Authorize Parking Lot Takeover to charge any applicable fees (including the $250 early teardown fee) to the card on file.
Release Parking Lot Takeover, Magnolia Town Center, Sanctuary Life Church, and their representatives from any liability connected to this event.
Important: Payment of your invoice constitutes your full acceptance of these Policies & Restrictions and binds you to this agreement.
