Family Harvest Festival Vendor Application

Welcome to the first annual Family Harvest Festival (FHF) in downtown Kendallville! Please reach out if you have any questions. Dates and times are as follows

Saturday, Oct. 4, 10am - 6pm, Set up starts at 8am

Sunday, Oct. 5, 10am - 4pm, Set up starts at 8am

If you DO NOT need electricity to run your booth, please do not select a space close to an outlet.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

If you have your own insurance, it is required to add Family Harvest Festival as an additional insured. You will be required to provide proof prior to the event.

By filling out this application for The Family Harvest Festival you acknowledge and agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

Assumption of Risk
I, the participant, understand and acknowledge that my participation in being a vendor at the Family Harvest Festival involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation.

Certificate of Insurance
In consideration for being allowed to participate in being a Family Harvest Festival vendor, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue any and all persons involved with the event from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, death, or damage to personal property related to my participation in this event. I will provide a certificate of insurance listing Family Harvest Festival as an additional insured on my policy.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the persons involved with Family Harvest Festival from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred as a result of any claim made against them arising from my participation in this event.

Noise & Equipment Restrictions
I understand that excessive noise from generators, amplified music, or other equipment can disrupt the event and other vendors. I agree to operate all equipment at a reasonable volume and to use only quiet or low-noise generators. If event organizers determine my noise levels to be disruptive, I will immediately comply with any requests to reduce volume or shut off equipment. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

Medical Treatment
I consent to the administration of first aid or medical treatment that may be necessary during my participation in the event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs related to medical care or treatment.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana and the United States.

Age Requirement
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or if not, my parent or legal guardian has signed this waiver on my behalf and will be present during the event.
