Welcome to the Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale ®. We invite you to read through the information before you begin the application and contact us with any questions you may have. Thank you for your interest in this event and good luck with your application!This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.All work must be the applying artist's own original work. No imports or work created from kits, molds, etc. will be accepted. Work to be juried must have been created within the last three years. Work exhibited must be substantially the same as that submitted with the application. Nonconforming work WILL be rejected and the artist required to leave and forfeit the booth fee.Artists may exhibit work in one of these categories: Culinary/Consumables (lotions, soaps etc.) Sculpture, Pottery/Ceramics, Decorative Art, Painting/Drawing/Graphics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Photography, Wood, Metal. An Artist may apply in more than one category, following all steps in the application process. Each application is considered a separate entity and is charged as such. No multiple category booths are allowed.Exhibitors provide their own tents, tables and display units.Participants are required to exhibit the full number of days for which they have paid.Artists must comply with all New York State tax regulations and are responsible for the collection and payment of 8% NY State sales tax. All Exhibitors must be registered with the State of New York and display "Certificate of Authority" at all times during the Festival.Artists are responsible for procuring and maintaining their own liability insurance and must provide Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® with a Certificate of Insurance by August 10, 2022. Certificate should list Arts Council for Wyoming County and Village of Perry as the added insured :Arts Council for Wyoming County 31 South Main Street, PO Box 249, Perry, NY 14530Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & SaleVillage of Perry 46 North Main StreetPerry, NY 14530Failure to comply with the rules may result in the artist’s removal from the Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® without a refund and the right to exhibit in future events will be jeopardized.Artists may withdraw from the Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® and receive a refund of their Booth Fee (less $100 administrative fee), if a written request is received on or before June 01, 2022. No refunds will be issued after that date. The Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® is a rain or shine festival. No refunds will be issued for weather or other acts of God.The ACWC maintains the right and responsibility to make final determination as to the suitability of crafts and artwork for inclusion in the show based on originality, craftsmanship, and acceptability, as well as the right to remove specific items or complete display booths, and to exclude offenders from future shows. Rejected vendors will be asked to leave at the end of the day.No artist-owned animals are allowed in or around Artists' booths (service dogs allowed at all times).
