2025 West End Arts Festival - On Site Food Vendor

This form will be used to:

• Brick-and-mortar West End La Grange businesses that wish to sell beer, wine, and seltzer during the West End Arts Festival (which patrons can bring onto the Festival Grounds).
• Food tents / Food Trucks (which may or may not sell beer, wine, and seltzers that can be brought onto the Festival Grounds)

• Vendors are responsible for charging/paying tax on all food items
• Food tents/trucks will be at festival during all show hours.  No exceptions will be made.
• Vendors must comply with all health code ordinances and laws.
• Food tents/trucks will be inspected by the local health officer Saturday and Sunday prior to 10am.
• All tables must be covered to ground and booths must be neatly maintained.
• All cars will be parked in designated areas only (POLICE ORDER).
• We will be applying for a social district permit, allowing alcohol to be freely transported by guests to through the festival grounds.  We cannot guarantee that will be allowed however.
  • If you intend on selling beer and wine during the event, please note that this will require certain insurance requirements.  If you plan on selling beer and wine during the event outside / off your premiss, this will require further Village requirements.
