Terms & Conditions

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

$200 entry fee per category
Product submissions due by 8/20/25
Lab test (following all OCM rules)
To meet OCM rules, each brand must staff the Sampling Tent for 6 hours on 9/27/25 to serve their own product
Product must be for sale in at least one MN store
THC seltzer maximum 5 grams sugar per serving
Non-intoxicating products must contain less than 2mg total of THC per serving
Non-refrigerated/non-perishable products only
we will repackage everything in blind packing (solids) and we will host blind pour testing (drinks)
