Event Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Vendor setup begins at 4:00 PM)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Final venue details will be sent after payment)

The Thirst Market: A Sinners’ Soirée is a one-night-only Halloween pop-up market and immersive adult experience. A curated night market for the spooky, stylish, and strange — featuring vendors, food trucks, life-sized games, creepy giveaways, and moody Halloween ambiance. Costumes are strongly encouraged. This is a 21+ only event.

We are seeking unique, quality vendors that align with the tone of the event. Accepted categories include (but are not limited to)

• Art & Illustration

• Books & Games

• Apparel & Accessories

• Candles, Scents & Apothecary

• Witchy Wares

• Home Decor & Collectibles

• Beauty & Service Providers
• Additional business types are welcome to apply.

• Food Trucks & Mobile Treats (pre-packaged or food truck compliant with local health standards)

You must be licensed, insured, and compliant with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) mobile food requirements. Food truck spots are outdoors and have priority access to designated parking/loading.

Please make sure you have the required documents to be at the event:

• SNHD license

• Insurance certificate

• Menu or sample offerings

• Vendor Load-In: 4:00–5:45 PM sharp

• Vendor Breakdown: Begins at 11:00 PM (no early breakdowns allowed)

• Parking instructions and vendor maps will be sent 1 week prior to the event

• Food trucks will be assigned outdoor access spots with clear entry routes

• Standard Vendors: $130 (includes 6ft space-indoors, 6ft table, 2 chairs, wi-fi access) if you anything else please let us know

• Food Trucks: $180
  Tables, chairs, power, and lighting are provided, anything you need please let us know

• Booth decor must be clean, safe, and aligned with the event’s  aesthetic

• All vendors must stay for the full duration of the event

• Vendors are responsible for their own business licenses and local compliance

• No open flames, fog machines, or hazardous items unless approved in advance

• No multi-vendor booths 

• Alcohol sales are prohibited 

• Fill out this application completely

• Include product photos and social links for review

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled

• You will receive an acceptance email with invoice and payment instructions if selected

This is a curated, 21+ Halloween-themed pop-up market and party. We’re seeking vendors who match the spooky, gothic, sultry, or seasonal vibe of the event.

1.  VENDOR FEES

• Standard Vendors: $130 (includes 6ft space-indoors, 6ft table, 2 chairs, wi-fi access) if you anything else please let us know

• Food Trucks: $180
  Tables, chairs, power, and lighting are provided, anything you need please let us know

2.  PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

A 100% full payment is required to reserve your spot upon acceptance. Due by August 18th, 2025.

Payment accepted via: Square Payment Link, On Eventeny event page or Cashapp as well.

Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.

3.  EVENT TIMELINE

Vendor Check-In / Setup: 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM

Event Time: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Teardown: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Late arrivals or early breakdowns may affect your ability to sell at future events.

4. SPACE & DISPLAY

You must bring your own tablecloths, racks, signage, displays, etc.

Decor is encouraged! We love themed booths.

No open flames or smoke/fog machines.

All items must fit within your paid booth space.

6. CONDUCT & VIBE

Vendors must remain respectful and professional to all staff, guests, and other vendors.

Costumes or spooky attire are strongly encouraged!

This is a 21+ adult event — please do not bring minors.

7. PROMOTION

Accepted vendors will be promoted via our social media leading up to the event.

Please tag us when posting about the market.

Vendors will be provided with a marketing graphic & event hashtag.

8. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

All vendor fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel after payment, your fee will not be refunded.

If the event is postponed, your space will carry over to the rescheduled date.

9. LIABILITY

Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, inventory, and safety.

The Binding Blueprint LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft during the event.

Vendors must have any necessary insurance or licenses required by local law.
