This years Christmas parade is lighting up Downtown - Literally!

 

For the first time ever our parade will be taking place at night, bringing a whole new magic and spark to Downtown Fresno. To help us create a dazzling display all parade participants are required to incorporate a significant amount of lights to their parade displays. This includes but is not limited to : Vehicles, Bikes, Walking canes, Hats, Jewelry, instruments, Clothes, and anything else that can be lit up! The more lights the better so we can " Let It Glow " in Downtown Fresno.

Terms & Conditions

Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade – Terms and Conditions

 

By submitting an application to participate in the Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Participation Fees

The standard participation fee is $75.00.
Fresno Unified School District (FUSD) schools are exempt from the participation fee - Use code: FUSD25 when submitting application.
All fees are non-refundable, unless the Parade is cancelled by event organizers.


Payment Method

Credit card payments will be processed through the application system.
If you need to pay by cash or check, you must:

Notify the organizers immediately or
Leave a comment in your application indicating your preferred payment method.
Failure to do so may result in your card being charged automatically.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a forfeiture of your participation fee.


Waiver of Liability

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to waive, release, and discharge the Downtown Fresno Partnership (DFP), its officers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur in connection with participation in the Parade.


Participants assume full responsibility for themselves, their organization, and any associated vehicles, equipment, or individuals while participating in the Parade.


Agreement to Terms

Submission of your application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
Non-compliance with these terms may result in removal from the Parade without refund.

Prices

Parade Payment $75.00 Non-refundable The application will not incur any charges until it has been approved. All fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the event organizers. If necessary, payments may also be made by cash or check payable to the Downtown Fresno Partnership
