FV Celebrate Artist Village 2025 Application
About the application
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Celebrate Fuquay-Varina Artist Village. We are very excited to be offering this event in-person and virtually again this year. Celebrate is a day to celebrate all things Fuquay-Varina. This event will include food, music, artists and other activities. This event is in person on Oct. 4th. The online shops will open on Oct. 1st and remain open until 4pm on Oct. 4th. Upon approval of your application please pay your booth fee ($65) and begin setting up your virtual market. In-person event details including set up time will be sent out by email at the beginning the week of September 22nd. The virtual market is not required but recommended. Vendors are expected to arrive at the scheduled time for drop off and unloading and be set up by 10am for the start of the event. Vendors need to remain set up until the event concludes at 4pm. Late arrival and early clean up may affect future acceptance.

The Arts Center reserves the right to remove any products deemed inappropriate or outside of the scope of the event parameters.
All work must be handmade and the original design of the exhibitor. No exceptions.
Beverages, including bottled water, and food products cannot be sold or given away from the vendor's space.
Each booth space will be 10'x10'. Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, display units, and tent canopy.
Raffles, drawings, and contests must be pre-approved by the Arts Center.
It is required that work displayed or exhibited at the Artist Village is consistent with the application and images submitted by the Artist.
Selection is by jury only. The decisions of the jury are final.
Vendors can share a booth space with another vendor. Both vendors must apply individually and indicate in the special requests section the vendor they would like to share a space with. Only one fee will be charged for the space.
We do not accept resale items including products made from kits.
All vendors must be local to North Carolina.
Food vendors are not accepted for this event.
