Become a Vendor at the City of McDonough 2025 Hot Chocolate Social

Join us for a delightful evening of community, holiday cheer, and delicious treats at the McDonough Hot Chocolate Social. We are seeking unique and talented vendors to participate in this festive event.

Date: December 13th
Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Hot Chocolate Social | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Light Show.
Location: 110 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA (Free Parking available)

Rules & Regulations Agreement

• All vendors must provide their tents, tables, skirted table skirts, chairs, and trash bags.
• Volunteers may be able to assist with setup or breakdown. However, if someone is unavailable, vendors must have their own setup materials and support. 
• Food Vendors must submit a detailed copy of their food allergy menu with the vendor application. Food vendors are required to be competent in food allergy. 
• All supplies/ materials must fit within your reserved 10 x10 space.
• Setup begins Friday, December 12th, from 10 AM to 5 PM and continues Saturday, December 13th, from early morning to 3:00 PM. 
• We will have overnight security.
• Vehicles must be removed from the grass to the vendor parking area by 3:00 PM
  • All vendors must be set up by 3:30 PM.
  • We will have music and entertainment throughout the event. Please keep vendor music to a reasonable volume. 
  • Vendors cannot break down until 8:00 PM
• All food vendors participating must have at least $1,000,000 of liability insurance for the event. Upon acceptance to the Social, you will be required to name The City of McDonough as additional insured for the event. Certificate of Insurance reflecting these additions MUST be received no later than December 1, 2025. One-day event insurance is permissible.
• All vendors are responsible for meeting the requirements of the McDonough Fire Department and the Henry County Health Department, including but not limited to proper fire extinguishers for your type of cooking(k); rated extinguishers are required for food vendors cooking with Grease.
• Vendors may be requested to attend planning meetings before the event date. Your agreement to the event includes a commitment to attend any event-related meetings.
