If you have more than one band or also play solo, you will need to fill this out multiple times. If you did not receive this link directly from the city events staff, you will not be booked.

The entertainer(s) hired must bring ALL sound equipment needed to perform. The City of Duluth will NOT provide any sound equipment to the bands. Entertainer(s) MUST be present and ready to perform at the event start time. All entertainer(s) must be dressed appropriately, offer family friendly music and language. Checks will be mailed out to the entertainer(s) following the performance. If a break is taken, the entertainer(s) MUST play background music during this time. There is a chance your performance could be canceled due to COVID-19. If we cancel the event 30 days prior to your performance, you will not be paid. If the event is canceled less than 30 days prior to your performance, you will receive a check in the mail the Monday after your scheduled performance date.
