For Vendors:
Only food and drink trucks are accepted.
Setup begins at 9:00 AM. A forklift will be available to assist with optimal placement.

Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone, all participating food and drink trucks must adhere to the following guidelines:
Licensing & Documentation
All vendors must be licensed in the state of New Mexico.
Submit the following prior to the event:
Updated contact information
Photos of current NM Food Handler cards and permits
Proof of liability insurance
Setup & Equipment
Truck parking begins at 9:00 AM. Trucks will be placed based on space optimization. Please allow C & S staff to position your truck accordingly—a forklift will be available for maneuvering if needed.
Some electricity hookups are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please bring your own ice. We are unable to provide ice, as our machine is reserved for internal employee use only.
Do not release water or fluids into the parking lot—you are responsible for any necessary containment.
