Important notes for success:

All items for your booth set up must be provided by you, the vendor.
All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.
We will provide ONE (1) 10 x 10 tent
- Tables, tablecloths, chairs, and all other items should be brought by the vendor.
  - Branded tents will not be approved.
Electricity, water, and additional set up items are NOT provided on site.
- If you require power for your set up, please ensure to bring an INVERTED generator, or alternative means to create electricity.
Valid method of payment on file.
- Please ensure that the card provided has the available funds for approval.

To ensure we have an appropriate variety of vendors represented at the market and all vendors have an ample opportunity to sell their goods, please ensure to select your category in your application below. If you feel your items do not have a listed category, please select the closest description and put your comments in the allotted section.

Please only select one pricing option. Each price represents a vendor booth payment selection. If you choose multiple prices, you will be charged for the multiple options selected.

RETAIL

Items in this category can vary in numerous categories as long as the are non edible items. Hand crafted goods, clothing, jewelry, woodwork, paint, clay work, all elements must be created or enhanced by the registering individual. Resell of vintage items, or repurposed items is approved as long as can provide permission to sell. We do not accept vendors that sell branded items without permission, no counterfeit or fraudulent items will be approved.

SWEET TREAT:

No cooking, no open flames, no fires of any kind on-site. All food offerings must be pre-packaged, cold items, or homemade sweet treats.

BEVERAGES are approved at this rate as well. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved!

HOT FOOD:

Cooking required, open flames, fires of some kind while on-site. If offering beverages, all products must be non- alcoholic beverages. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved!

SWEET/TREAT vendor rate does not apply to HOT food!

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth price of your choice, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

WE ARE BACK TO THE FOURTH! Atlanta Indie Market is here again with our flagship Fourth Saturdays, Krog Indie Market (K.I.M) We will be activating in the parking lot at Tim Barrett Design’s Studio which is located on one of the hottest corners of the Beltline at Krog St. and Dekalb Avenue. We are directly across the infamous Krog St. Tunnel where all the foot traffic stops to wait for the traffic signals. Market Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Taking place every FOURTH Saturday of the month, we've transformed the frequented crosswalk post into a vibrant hub of creativity, culture, and commerce. K.I.M is the place to be for foot traffic and brand visibility. This is a market you don’t want to miss! We will select only sixteen (16) vendors to showcase their goods with us, so show us your best stuff! K.I.M is surrounded by popular shops, restaurants, and plenty of foot traffic from the Atlanta Beltline as well as one of Atlanta's oldest suburban neighborhoods, Inman Park. Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Atlanta Indie Market! We are excited to partner with you.

By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Compliance: IF SERVING FOOD, Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of food and goods. SWEET TREAT vendors should only provide small treats, pre cooked, or beverages. No food trucks, trailers, or cooking is authorized at the SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE rate.

Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, must provide proof upon request to the Atlanta Indie Market organizers. The vendor shall indemnify Atlanta Indie Market against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions.

Fees and Payments: Vendors are responsible for all fees associated with their participation in the event, which will be outlined in their acceptance letter. All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.

Setup and Operations: Vendors are responsible for their own setup. One (1) 10 x 10 tent will be provided to all vendors at the market. You must use the provided tent. Personal branded tents will not be accepted. All other necessary equipment (tables, chairs, tablecloth, racks/shelves, etc.) and display items must be brought in and set up by the vendor. Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the organizers. All vendors are expected to maintain their area in a clean, safe, and professional manner at all times.

Product and Pricing: Vendors agree to offer only the items approved by Atlanta Indie Market and to maintain reasonable prices to encourage customer purchases and satisfaction. Vendors must clearly display prices for all items.

Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing courteous service to all customers and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Atlanta Indie Market organizers of any cancellation at least one (1) day prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future events.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Atlanta Indie Market organizers (e.g., weather, natural disaster), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

Amendments: Atlanta Indie Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms.

Agreement: By applying for and participating in the Atlanta Indie Market, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers.

Application fees	$3.00	Non-refundable	There is a $3 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
RETAIL - Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space	$100.00	Non-refundable	This price is payment for a RETAIL single 10 X 10 booth space at the Back to the Fourth Atlanta Indie Market on July 26th, 2025. Market and vending hours: 12 PM- 5 PM. All the approved vendors will be located inside the fences at the Tim Barrett Designs Studio. We will line up all retail and food vendors in the parking lot on the corner of Dekalb and Krog on the corner of the heart of the Beltline. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Organizers will provide one (1) 10 x 10 tent. All other items, tables, and chairs, etc., will NOT be provided. All items required for setting up a successful booth must be provided by YOU, the registered vendor. No items will be provided by the organizers for individual vendor set up. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH ELECTRICAL AND WATER NEEDS. THERE IS NOT ACCESS TO POWER OR WATER AT THIS SITE. You must bring everything you need. All items should be contained within your 10 x 10 booth footprint. Any items outside of the tent must be connected to the tent itself. Load in and load out information will be provided with approval confirmation. Additional instructions, if needed, will be communicated prior to the event through Eventeny. Please contact us here on Eventeny if you have any additional questions.
SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE- Vendor 10 x10 Booth Space	$125.00	Non-refundable	This price is payment for a SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE single 10 X 10 booth space at the Back to the Fourth Atlanta Indie Market on July 26th, 2025. Market and vending hours: 12 PM- 5 PM. SWEET TREAT means no cooking, no open flames, no fires of any kind on-site are allowed. All food offerings must be pre-packaged, cold items, pre-bottled beverages, pre-made teas/coffees, or homemade sweet treats. BEVERAGES are approved at this rate as well. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved. All the approved vendors will be located inside the fences at the Tim Barrett Designs Studio. Market and vending hours: 12 PM- 5 PM. HOT FOOD means you will require cooking, open flames, fires of any kind while on-site. If offering BEVERAGES, non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. All the approved vendors will be located inside the fences at the Tim Barrett Designs Studio.
