Food Booths (Prepackaged & Prepared)

Welcome food vendors! Deadline To Apply July 30, 2025. Late registration is open until midnight August 18th, 2025 and will be approved on a first come, first served basis provided you meet all requirements.

If you have a truck or trailer, please apply using the Food Truck application.

We’re seeking a diverse menu with options to appeal to a variety of tastes. Consider including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Marketing:  To maximize your visibility, we’ll promote the event through our website, social media, and local advertising. We encourage you to leverage these platforms with you social media platforms, and consider offering special deals or discounts to attract more visitors to your booth.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: 

• Drivers License / State ID

• County Health Permit (Special Events)

• Certificate of insurance that includes BOTH an Additional Insured endorsement AND Primary/Non-contributory endorsement

PREPARED FOOD VENDORS MUST ALSO SUBMIT:

• CA Sellers Permit (where applicable)

• City of Vacaville Business License
• Signed City of Vacaville high-risk vendor waiver / agreement to provide insurance.
