Festival Schedule: October 25th- Saturday 11:00am-4:00 pm (You can start setting up at 9:00 am) *** PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL AND YOU MUST CHECK IN ORDER TO GET YOUR BOOTH********** Where do I go once I get to the festival? Proceed down 6th Street. You will see the first stage of vendor check in at this location. You will proceed down 6th Street before moving to where is event will be located. Can I change vendor locations once assigned a spot? No. Booths are assigned based on a criteria of reasons. Where do I get information about the festival? Festival information can be found and updated on our Eventeny or email bhaney@cityofauburn-ga.org to keep up with anything pertaining to the festival. Schedule of festival, festival maps will be updated on the website. Once I get to the festival, who do I contact if I have questions? Anyone working the festival will be able to help you or get you to the correct person to help you. What if someone is selling my item also? We base the selected vendors off the item description that was submitted. We ask that there are not any surprise items that may be duplicated, however we are also not responsible for what someone sells. If they do not match their description, they will not be invited back. What time can I close my booth down? You may begin take town @ 4:00 PM. Where are bathrooms? There will be signs directing you. Plenty of signage! Where can I park? ALL parking for vendors will be located in a designated area. You will be directed once you get here. Someone will direct you! Setup and breakdown of booth? We realize that you have many items to set up including your tent, tables, chairs, etc., but in order for us to keep a good traffic flow in these tight areas, we are asking that you pull up to your spot, unload all your items and quickly move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking areas. This will be ENFORCED and NO exceptions during set up AND breakdown. Do not set up your tents while your vehicle is on the road. Move your vehicle first. Thank you for understanding!!! Electricity? Will not be provided unless you request and pay the extra application fee. Trash? Do not leave it or food oil What happens if it rains? Rain or shine event. ****Remember, there are no refunds under any circumstances**** Please feel free to contact Brooke with any questions at bhaney@cityofauburn-ga.org.
