GMFE Vendor Form

Thank you for showing interest in acquiring a vendor spot at the God Music Fashion Experience II in Orlando, FL. 

We are open to vendors of all kinds.

1. Booth Fee
   The vendor fee is non‑refundable and must be paid in full prior to the event date. This fee reserves your space and will not be returned in the case of cancellation or no‑show.

2. Set‑Up and Arrival
   All vendors must arrive and be fully set up no later than 5:00 PM, July 18th. Late arrivals may forfeit their space and will not be granted a refund.

3. Vendor Space
   Each vendor is responsible for setting up within their designated space and must adhere to the layout and dimensions assigned. No displays, merchandise, or equipment may extend beyond the assigned area.

4. Compliance and Conduct
   Vendors must operate their spaces in a respectful and professional manner. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor whose behavior or products are deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the event.

5. Right to Dismiss
   The event organizer reserves the right to dismiss any vendor for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions

• Disruption of the event or its attendees

• Sale of unauthorized or prohibited items

• Disregard for venue rules or policies

In such instances, no refund will be issued.

1. Liability
   Each vendor assumes full responsibility for their property, equipment, and merchandise. The event organizer and venue assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, equipment, or personal belongings.

2. Sales and Permits
   Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary permits, licenses, or sales tax certifications required by local or state authorities.

3. Clean‑Up
   Vendors must remove all equipment, merchandise, trash, and other materials from their space by the end of the event. The space must be left in the same condition as when it was assigned.

4. Compliance with Event Regulations
   Each vendor agrees to adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by the venue and the event organizers.

5. Indemnification
   By submitting a vendor application and paying the vendor fee, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer, venue, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor’s participation.
