WELCOME TO THE 2025 YOUMACON VENDOR APPLICATION

Youmacon is celebrating its 20th anniversary from October 30th - November 2nd, 2025 

We are looking for convention vendors, artists, Industry reps, and Sponsors to join us for the festivities 

Since 2005, Youmacon has welcomed a wide variety of vendors and artists from across North America, offering merchandise from around the world to our ever-growing community of attendees. Now attracting over 20,000 unique visitors annually to downtown Detroit, our goal is to provide fans with the best and most diverse product selection of anime, video game, and pop culture.

To ensure the best shopping experiences, Youmacon features a Juried Dealer’s Room. This means vendors are selected based on the types of merchandise they offer. Our jury process helps us maintain a wide variety of goods, avoiding oversaturation of specific categories—such as Gundam models or Beyblades (just examples!)—and giving all vendors a better opportunity to succeed.

About the event

Youmacon is a 4-day convention celebrating Japanese Animation, Gaming, and Pop Culture. Whether you’re a convention pro, or have yet to attend an Anime event, we have just what you’re looking for. Since 2005, Youmacon has been an immersive and innovative event unlike any other.

Single Inline Booth Space $750.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable You will only be charged if approved. $750 for an inline 10'x10' booth space includes 2 Youmacon vendor badges, Up to 4 additional badges at $65 each, one 8' x 2.5' table, tablecloth, 2 chairs. You will only be charged for the booth space you are approved for.
Single Corner Booth Space $900.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable You will only be charged if approved.$900 for a corner 10'x10' booth space includes 2 Youmacon vendor badges, Up to 4 additional badges at $65 each, one 8' x 2.5' table, tablecloth, 2 chairs You will only be charged for the booth space you are approved for.
2 Corner Booth Spaces (Endcap) $1,800.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable You will only be charged if approved. $1800 for 2 corner booth spaces 10'x20' total booth space includes 4 Youmacon vendor badges, Up to 8 additional badges at $65 each, two 8' x 2.5' table, tablecloth, 2 chairs You will only be charged for the booth space you are approved for.
4 Corner Booth Spaces (Island) $3,600.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable You will only be charged if approved. $3600 for 4 corner booths in an island 20'x20' total booth space includes 8 Youmacon vendor badges, Up to 8 additional badges at $65 each, four 8' x 2.5' table, tablecloth, 2 chairs You will only be charged for the booth space you are approved for.
Additional Vendor Badges $65.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Each 10x10 booth space comes 2 free badges. You can purchase up to 4 additional badges per booth space.
