About the application
WELCOME TO THE 2025 YOUMACON ARTIST APPLICATION!
Youmacon is celebrating its 20th anniversary from October 30th - November 2nd, 2025.
We are looking for convention vendors, artists, Industry reps, and Sponsors to join us for the festivities.
The artist application will open in June 2025. We will announce the opening date on the official Youmacon website and social media pages. The application link will be provided on this page when it goes live.

- Please provide a working link to your website or portfolio. Having a table set-up photo in the link is helpful. A digital mock-up is acceptable.

- Accepted artists/studios will be limited to 1 Artist Alley table space for $300. If the AA is given more hall space, would you be interested in 2 AA table spaces for $600?
- Are you applying as an Individual artist or part of a studio? (Table sharing is not allowed by individual artists. A studio group is one in which all members work together to create the art pieces. Only the collaborative pieces can be displayed and sold.)
