About the application

The Hauppauge High School marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season. This 2 day fair takes place in the gym of the Hauppauge High School with spacious 10'X10' spaces and 12'x5' spaces in the lobby. This is the first indoor show of the season and vendor spaces fill quickly. Returning vendor spaces will be honored first.

About the event

Indoor spring craft and gift fair at Hauppauge high school. Located at 500 Lincoln Blvd, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Gym spaces are 10'X10' tent frames are allowed without the canopy. Hours are 10-4.

Terms & Conditions

Canopy frames without tops are allowed tables must have floor length fabric covers. Limited tables with black covers are offered for rent. No refunds or credits, space sales/ trade must be approved. Setup will begin at least 2 hours before opening. Student volunteers will be available at setup and breakdown, bring your own cart.

No knockoff, political, drug paraphernalia, weapons merchandise allowed. No hawking. No exclusives but categories are limited. This is a large show so there will be some similar items being sold by different vendors.

Approval is at the discretion of Island Fairs.

Artisanal Food 12'x5' Space Lobby	$295.00	Non-refundable	Early bird pricing ends Aug 31 or when all spaces are filled. Returning vendors have priority placement.
Business Sponsor 8'x5' Space Lobby	$600.00	Non-refundable	Returning vendors have priority placement. Filled categories are life insurance, gutters, windows.
Corner space upgrade (if available)	$20.00	Non-refundable	If not available fee will be refunded. Returning vendors have priority.
6' Table with black cover	$10.00	Non-refundable	6' table rental with a black cover.
Electrical Outlet	$25.00	Non-refundable	To have a space near an electrical outlet on the perimeter wall. Bring a 50' extension cord.
