Denim Fest Vendor General - 10 x 20

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 10x20 general vendor at Denim Fest 2025, taking place on Saturday, October 18 at The Mill on Etowah in Canton, Georgia.

This application is intended for small businesses, makers, and artisan vendors offering products such as jewelry, candles, home goods, accessories, embroidery, or custom apparel. We are curating a thoughtful mix of vendors that align with the festive, family-friendly environment of Denim Fest.

Vendor Details

• Booth Size: 10x20

• Vendor Fee: $300

• Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Set-Up Time: Begins at 8:00 AM

• Location: Outdoor lawn areas at The Mill on Etowah

Important:
All approved vendors are required to participate for the entire duration of the event. Setup must be completed prior to opening, and booths must remain open and active until 9:00 PM.

Please Note:

• White tents will be provided for all vendors.

• No logo tents or branded tents are allowed for this event—no exceptions.

• Access to power is not guaranteed; vendors should plan accordingly.

• There may be other vendors offering similar products. We cannot guarantee exclusivity.

Event Details

• Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA

• Event Date & Time: Saturday, October 18 | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Set-Up Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 8:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 10:45 AM.

• Tear-Down: Vendors may not tear down before 9:00 PM unless directed by event staff.

Fees & Payment

• Vendor Fee: $150 per space ($300 for 10x20)

• Payment is due upon acceptance and is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Mill on Etowah.

• Space is not secured until payment is received.

Booth Info

• Vendors are responsible for bringing all required items, including:

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Signage

• Power is not guaranteed. If you require electricity, please indicate in your application and we will confirm availability.

Vendor Restrictions

• We are not accepting meal-prep food vendors or farmers market-style booths.

• Only snack-style food (e.g. kettle corn, cotton candy, funnel cakes, shaved ice, lemonade, etc.) and shopping/artisan booths are allowed.

• All products and displays must be family-friendly.

Event Day Expectations

• Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event.

• You are responsible for keeping your area clean and disposing of all trash properly.

• The Mill on Etowah is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors must follow all instructions from event staff for setup, parking, and teardown.

Weather Policy

• This is a rain-or-shine event. Please plan accordingly for weather changes.

• In the event of dangerous weather or unforeseen circumstances that force cancellation, vendor fees will be refunded.
