Backyard Bazaar - July Night Market

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Date: Sunday, June 1st
Market Time: 5-9pm

Load in Time: as early as 330pm

Electricity provided, but limited and not guaranteed. You must request and we will let you know if we can accommodate. 

Booth size: 10x10 canopy in Backyard - Booth fee: $65
Booth size: 1-2 six foot tables MAX in Backyard - $55

Rain or shine market, no refunds, non-transferable fees. If this event is canceled due to weather, we will allow for you to makeup your vending opportunity. There will be no monetary refunds due to to funds being used for promotions and donations leading up to event.  

*WRM is not accepting food trucks* Baked goods welcome to apply. 

Please provide your own set up such as chairs, tables, we have some for rental which includes set up and break down. A 72-hour notice is required for reserving equipment. www.wanderingrootsmarkets.com/store  

I understand that my card will be charged upon approval for this event. There will be no refunds, and market credits are given only with a 72-hour written notice.

Events are rain or shine. In the event that Wandering Roots Markets has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Wandering Roots Markets will credit you for another market date within a 90-day timeframe.
